1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit our contact or project-scoping form, you provide your email address, a free-text description of your strategic objective, and selections describing your inquiry type and technical environment. This information is transmitted to us by email so our team can respond.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we collect limited technical data necessary to operate and secure it: IP address, user-agent string, referrer URL, and pages visited. We also use a privacy-focused real-user-monitoring beacon (Cloudflare Web Analytics) which records aggregate performance metrics such as page load time, country-level geography, and pageview counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
Cookies
This site does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and obtain consent where required by law.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
- Operate, secure, and improve the site (performance monitoring, rate-limiting, DDoS mitigation).
- Comply with legal obligations, including responses to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising.
3. Third-party processors
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the site and our communications. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by contract to protect your information.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, DDoS/WAF protection, and Web Analytics (RUM). Subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form. Subject to Resend’s privacy policy.
- GitHub, Inc. — source-code hosting and OAuth provider for our internal CMS. GitHub OAuth is only used by PRR staff and does not apply to public visitors.
4. Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as is reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Aggregated analytics data is retained per Cloudflare’s default retention period and is not attributable to individuals.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@theprrgroup.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
6. International transfers
PRR is based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the U.S., that information is transferred to and processed in the U.S. by us and our processors. Where required by law (e.g. for EU/UK residents) we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms with our processors.
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS preload and strict Content-Security-Policy headers. Form submissions are validated server-side and rate-limited at the edge. Secrets are stored in encrypted form in our infrastructure provider and never embedded in client-side code. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
8. Children
The site is directed at enterprise and government buyers, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, more prominent notice.
