The PRR Group's Federal Health and Human Services practice today announced a partnership with Amerind Nation, a Native-owned strategic funding and infrastructure delivery firm, to expand access to the Clarity Human Services Platform within tribal communities across the United States. Amerind Nation will serve as the exclusive reseller of Clarity to tribal nations and tribal organizations, leveraging their existing relationships, deep community trust, and expertise in federal funding to put coordinated human services technology where it's needed most.
The partnership is centered on two urgent priorities: strengthening anti-trafficking efforts within tribal communities, and building unified, coordinated response systems that allow tribal organizations to work together across victim services, child welfare, behavioral health, and housing programs. Both have been persistent gaps. Tribal nations often operate these programs in silos, with limited visibility across cases and limited ability to coordinate response when a person or family is touching multiple systems at once. Clarity is designed to close that gap.
What Clarity does
Clarity is a case management and coordination platform built for human services programs operating in complex, multi-agency environments. It gives tribal victim services programs, child welfare offices, behavioral health providers, and housing programs a shared view of the people they serve — with the data governance, privacy protections, and compliance requirements that federal funding and tribal sovereignty require.
For anti-trafficking work specifically, Clarity supports the coordinated, multi-disciplinary response that effective identification and intervention require. Trafficking cases rarely sit in one program. A survivor may be engaged with victim services, housing, behavioral health, and law enforcement at the same time, often with different organizations holding different pieces of the picture.
